As a cardiac surgeon, I’ve dedicated my career to providing exceptional patient care and advancing the field of heart surgery. After graduating with top honors from Wake Forest University and completing advanced training at UCLA and other leading institutions, I’ve focused my practice on heart and vascular surgery — including minimally invasive and robotic approaches. My passion for surgical education and innovation has been recognized by both the AATS and STS. Outside the OR, I recharge by playing guitar, traveling, and spending time with my wife, Karissa.
